A fun and engaging class where we explore the fundamental skills to play the recorder.  We will begin with an introduction to the recorder and how to play the recorder.  Then we will learn to read and play music on the staff.  Finally we will learn to play music with the notes we learned on the recorder.

Prerequisites:
- No prior music experience necessary.
- Curiosity and interest in music a plus.
- Motor skills to hold a recorder and use fingers to cover tone holes.
- Oral motor and breath skills to blow into a recorder.
- Ability to work, virtually, in a small group experience, independently.
- Parental support welcome for those who need assistance to work virtually and/or in a small group.
